Jesus prayed: "Sanctify them in the truth; Your Word is truth." We live in what has been termed a "post-modern" culture. One of the main characteristics of post-modernism is that there is no standard for "truth." Any notion can be passed off as "truth." Some even say that "you have your truth and I have my truth." The world, then, dislikes us who insist on absolute truth. Many "churches" no longer claim to know "truth." May God bless you this morning as Pastor preaches on John 17:17 on the theme: "Sanctified in Truth!" + + +
